UniCredit zdvojnásobil podíl v Commerzbank na 20 % a stal se největším akcionářem

UniCredit SpA (BIT:CRDI) převedl část svých derivátových expozic vůči Commerzbank (ETR:CBKG) na skutečné akcie, čímž zdvojnásobil svůj podíl a stal se největším akcionářem německé banky.

Italská banka v úterý večer oznámila, že po konverzi 10% podílu, který dříve držela prostřednictvím finančních nástrojů, nyní drží přibližně 20 % akcií Commerzbank a efektivní hlasovací práva. Tento krok následuje po získání souhlasu Evropské centrální banky, německého antimonopolního úřadu a americké Federální rezervní banky.
